Welcome to The Next Big Thing blog hop

Welcome to The Next Big Thing blog hop!!! Is this a chain letter for authors? No.

Does it promote hopping as a creative outlet for those suffering from writer’s block?

Nope.

Simply put, it’s a way for readers to get to know authors and the quirks that live inside them.

The chance to participate came from my LinkedIn buddy and fellow author, Dianna Bellerose.

Many thanks, Dianna, for this great imposed--, I mean, opportunity! To get to know a bit more about

Book Tour Guest- Author Hunter S Jones

Bio:

I live in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I write books and stories. There is nothing you will ever know or learn about me as interesting as the art form I create.

Author Interview:

1.What inspired you to begin writing?

Thank you for asking Dianna, I have always written articles for fashion, rock & roll and art. A few months ago I suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon and major complications. It has given me time to be completely creative for the first time in my life.

2.How did you decide to publish this book? Why?

With a complete lack of mobility I have been able to research and write on a daily basis.
That combination of events has given me time to research and write. Everyone copes differently with life's setbacks. I drew on my days in the music business to help me understand copyrights and publishing well enough to feel confident in self-publishing my debut novels.

3.What was your biggest challenge in writing this book?

The biggest challenge to writing Fables of the Reconstruction was the middle of the book. I knew how it would begin as well as what the ending would be. I eventually cut over 15000 words out of the original book before it was formatted to Amazon.

4.Most writers are readers. What books are on your "to-read" list?

Currently, I'm reading The Book of Paul by Richard Long. Next on the list is...well, so many great writers to choose from...I'll not choose a favorite and read the next few based on alphabetical order by the title of the book. That seems fair.

5.-- Question for fun sake---what was your favorite childhood meal and why?

Great question Dianna! As a child I loved French Toast covered in syrup.

Pomba Gira Mysticism. Creole Voodoo. The zombie apocalypse.

Fables of the Reconstruction is the story of a Belgian pimp living in Victorian London's notorious Whitechapel District. He possesses a 'magic' powder, and claims to be un dead. He believes in Pomba Gira mysticisms & follows Creole Voodoo. There is a modern, surprise twist to the book's ending. Enjoy it now-only on Amazon.com

Meet Pierre von Minzle and Mary Montague. They are the Adam and Lilith of today's zombie apocalypse. Fables of the Reconstruction is a playful yet graphic sexual adventure consisting of what might have been with what possibly might be happening now.  This ain't your daddy's shotgun zombie story.
