Tawana Phillips, RN, BSN Founder & CEO, International Association of Women Real Estate Investors
Bio
Tawana Phillips, Founder & CEO of the International Association of Women Real Estate Investors.
Tawana Phillips is a Registered Nurse who understands Anatomy & Physiology. Tawana has over a decade of experience working with clients. Tawana knew that the majority of illnesses and DIS-EASE had an underlying negative emotion behind them. Tawana noticed a pattern in Women that had issues with Money, when she dug deeper she realized that the majority of the Women had issues with relationships, abandonment, family traits and patterns, and betrayal. Tawana understood that many of those negative emotions lodged themselves in the HORMONES and Nervous System of Women. When dark emotions take up residence in the Emotional Kingdom of Women it causes the emotions to cause dysfunction and dis-ease and was showing up with how they spent money and earned money.
Tawana created, “The International Association of Women Real Estate Investors”.
The AOWRI understands that Women are about Relationships and Feelings. This is a forum for Women to “Heal” their “Feelings” and “Relationships” around “Money” and creating a “Realistic Way” for them to Accumulate Wealth and have a healthy relationship with Money via Real Estate Investment Made Simple
Tawana has two books available on Amazon.com, The Billionairess Next Door, Warning for Women Only and Inner Luxury, Warning for Women Only.
Interview
What inspired you to write your first book?
I wanted women to know that they could create generational wealth in any circumstance even in the current economy. You see so many negative things going on right now especially around finances and wealth creation.
Do you have a specific writing style?
My writing style is mostly conversational.
How did you come up with the title?
My Business Coach and I came up with several titles but we decided on the title because it had Power behind it.
Is there a message in your novel that you want readers to grasp?
I want the readers to know that your past doesn’t define your future. Luxury is an Inside Job and you don’t have to sacrifice yourself to feel luxurious.
How much of the book is realistic?
The majority of the book is realistic.
Are experiences based on someone you know, or events in your own life?
Both, the majority of the experiences are based upon real life events.
What books have most influenced your life most?
The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson
I, Tina by Tina Turner and Kurt Loder
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
Women on Fire by Debbie Phillips
Failing Forward by John Maxwell
I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou
If you had to choose, which writer would you consider a mentor?
Dr. Maya Angelou
What book are you reading now?
Good Self, Bad Self by Judy Smith. The show Scandal is based upon her life.
What are your current projects?
I’m working on the second book in the Billionairess Next Door Series and producing a Reality Show that will empower women.
Name one entity that you feel supported you outside of family members.

Empowering and Inspiring Women Globally 11/01 by DiannaBelleRose | Women Podcasts
Empowering and Inspiring Women Globally 11/01 by DiannaBelleRose | Women Podcasts
Kirkus Review - A debut memoir of survival from an author who finds strength in her religious faith.
"CW Seymore recounts the horrific physical, emotional and sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of her father throughout her childhood. The author maintains a calm, unaffected tone; the memoir is never bitter. Readers will be left with the impression of a woman who endured a traumatic childhood and came to understand how it shaped her; along the way, she maintained a sense of strength driven by both her own personality and the support she drew from her faith." -- Kirkus Review
"Shards of Glass will push all your buttons and wake you up to the reality many of us live with, but seldom acknowledge or write about. It is simultaneously horrific and hopeful, striking a fine balance between facing
down the barrel of violence and not letting it define who we are or how we survive."--Gabriel Constans: Ph.D. Author: "Don't Just Sit There, Do Something!" "Grief's Wake Up Call" and"Good Grief: Love, Loss & Laughter."
"As a Humanitarian and Writer I fully endorse "Shards Of Glass" by CW Seymore. I Commend her Tenacity, Spirit, Faith in GOD and Courage to painfully reveal her story. CW will open wide the eyes of the reader to this
problem and give hope and inspiration to those who have equally suffered the nightmare of abuse and will touch the hearts of all of us to stand up, takenote, be responsible and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Two Thumbs Up! This Book Should Be On The Best Sellers List!"
--Pete DeLorenzo: Nationally recognized; Comedian, Actor, Recording Artist, Producer, Director and Humanitarian.
